The Biochemistry track lies at the interface between biology and chemistry, thereby meeting the strong demand for interdisciplinarity across different scientific fields and the growing need for the development of biotechnologies. Upon completion of this bachelor’s degree, students are able to develop a multidisciplinary approach that enables them to understand and explain the mechanisms of life at the molecular and cellular levels, through the study of the relationships between the structure of natural molecules and their biological activities within living systems.
The Biochemistry track offers students the opportunity, after completion of the bachelor’s degree, to pursue master’s programs (research-oriented or professional) in fields related to biochemistry, biological engineering, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and the agri-food industry. It also provides opportunities for direct professional integration in the industrial and paramedical sectors
